Starting with 4 participants, the year the NDIS was piloted in WA we have grown with the NDIS. With currently 60 participants, we are a tight family who prides ourselves on keeping our Mission and Vision alive.
NDIS Temporary Transformation Payment
What is the new TTP for NDIS providers?
The new TTP (Temporary Transformation payment) for NDIS providers is replacing the current TPO (Temporary Support for Overheads). This payment will be available to NDIS registered service providers who provide Community Access and Attendant Care. The new TTP is a conditional loading allocated to providers to help transition to the NDIS.
How Does It Work?
Providers who are compliant with the conditions of the TTP will use new pricing rates. In the NDIS pricing catalogue the TTP rates will be invoiced to participants.
Who Can Be A TTP Provider?
In order to be eligible for the TTP a provider must: - Be a registered NDIS provider - Publish service pricing - Keep contact details up to date on the Provider Finder - Complete an approved bench-marking survey each year.
What Does The TTP Mean For No Limitts?
The TTP allows for a more person-centered approach to providing support to our clients. This year it has allowed for No Limitts to create roles, such as our Client Liaison Officer. Having a CLO means that clients have someone to go to that has the time to help problem-solve complaints or issues that may arise needing prompt assistance. There has also been an addition of full-time HR position that will aid in supporting the staff. We were also able to extend our admin team so that daily tasks can run more smoothly, in turn, our client’s needs will be met with more speed and efficiency.
The TTP means that from February we will now have a 24/7 on-call manager available for staff when on shifts with a client so that problems arising on a shift can be solved or reported in a timely manner. Being able to provide a better and more extensive person-centre approach to No Limitts provides the opportunity to help foster better relationships with clients. No Limitts was founded on the belief that those living with disabilities should not be treated as a number. The TTP helps in maintaining and enhancing this approach to support.
